Before joining Dwight Tracy & Friends, Jim Rabenstine turned his lifelong passion for boating into a second career as a yacht broker and co-owner of a yacht brokerage firm. He initially enjoyed a highly successful, thirty-year career as an executive in the insurance industry.

Jimís honesty and integrity, coupled with his knowledge of the yachting industry as a boat owner, sport fisherman, and business owner informs his ability to intuit and actively address his clientsí needs. He works as an advocate and consultant, assisting his clients in every phase of a yacht purchase and/or sale. His clients enjoy a high level of confidence throughout their yacht transactions thanks to his hard work and attention to detail.

Always committed to being the best of the best, Jim obtained the Certified Professional Yacht Broker (CPYB) designation in 2006. He is one of only a small group of yacht brokers to have met the requirements of testing and ongoing continuing education necessary to achieve this certification.

Jim is a long-time resident of South Florida, along with Peggy, his wife of 38 years. He is the proud father of three sons and enjoys his two grandchildren.
