The Kathleen M is the ultimate in a luxury offshore pilothouse custom yacht. She was built for her current owner to meet exact requirements for extended cruising in the Caribbean, Florida, East Coast and Northeast. Her seakeeping abilities are second to none. Every detail was considered during her construction. This is a true hand built custom yacht. She has classic lines and a stunning interior. Her interior wood is Sapile. The exterior decking and railing is teak. Rare and exotic granite countertops are found in the galley, heads, pilothouse, and salon. Galley flooring is wood and the head flooring and stalls are stone. She offers a four stateroom, four head layout plus a two stateroom, one head and galley crew quarters.

Commissioned in 2006 the Kathleen M is a 2007 model. Her 3400 gallons of fuel offers excellent range at 10.5 knots. She has typically been cruised at a speed of 11 knots and offers a 21 knot top speed.

Salon

The salon consists of a large l-shaped sofa to port, three large chairs, ottoman, salon table, blinds, drapes, formal dining table with five chairs, tremendous storage, central entertainment system with keypads throughout, SAT TV system, 52″ plasma retractable tv, dining cabinet with wood and glass doors, dimmable lighting throughout yacht, dining lamp, multiple lamps, extraordinary wood craftsmanship on the bulkheads and in the ceiling, and carpet. It offers a beautiful view as she is surrounded by windows. The stairwell and private entry to the master stateroom is forward and to starboard.

Galley

The galley is very large and offers an incredible view forward. She has every appliance, granite countertops, a large island, and generous storage. There is an on deck day head with granite countertops starboard and aft of the galley. You have port and starboard doors to the walkaround, a staircase to the pilothouse and a staircase to the guest staterooms. The galley flooring is wood. The informal dining seating is raised and faces aft with a custom wood table.

Pilothouse

The pilothouse commands the best 360 degree views of your surroundings. Her helm station is forward with full electronics and twin Stidd helm chairs. There are port and starboard hinged wing doors to side decks from pilothouse. Just outside the doors are port and starboard full engine and bow and stern thruster controls. The large chart table is just aft and to the starboard of the helm and includes numerous full size chart drawers, a chair and working area. Over the chart area is a fold down Sharp LCD TV. The pilothouse includes a large sitting area with two large chairs, full sofa, end table, salon cocktail table, lamps, and a full wet bar with a granite top, ice maker, and refrigerator. There is a door aft leading to the outdoor flybridge where the grills, storage, davit, tender, and life raft are located.
